Open Question: pain in my testicle what could it be?
I am 22 years old and my left testicle region is hurting. It feels more like the tube/vein (i don’t know the correct term) meets the testicle. My leg feels achy. If i had to describe the pain it feels like a throbbing ache. on a scale of 1-10 its about a 4-6. What are possible regions for this? Could this be from masturbation, an infection, testicular cancer? How long should i wait before i go to the DR? Do i even need to go? I am not Sexually active so i know its not an STD. I do a job with heavy lifting could it be a hernia? I hurt my sciatic nerve last year could that be related? Do guys get random pains in there testicles? I’m at a loss please help!!

ok so hes got testicular cancer that has spread to the brain..so is it likely it would have to spread somewhere else first since it has gone from the bottom to the top or could it spread only to the brain without spreading anywhere else?

Open Question: Do I have testicular cancer?
For awhile I thought I had a lump on each of my testicles but I think that what those really are is the epididymis. But I am still concerned becasue often I get an aching pain in my groin area. It’s not always there, its usually there when I’m nervous or restless, but can also come at random times too. Just sort of a dull aching pain. Does this have anything to do with possible cancer? Should I be concerned?
